clean room tasty breakfast
the staff were amazing. they couldn't do enough for you. our well chosen things. it was very comfy and tidy with everything we needed including a fridge. breakfast was amazing. it was generous, tasty and huge.
the room was compact.

helpful receptionist tremendous breakfast dog menu
I found the hotel very nice. It was well-done. the receptionist was helpful and polite to me. the breakfast was tremendous, and the waitress serving breakfast was very polite and friendly, too. i really liked how dogs were accepted. There were nice areas to eat with them. dogs can stay in any bedroom, even. they have a dog menu, which i thought was amazing!!!
i experienced a small inconvenience , the tv in my room did not work properly. i hope they get this fixed soon.

the reception staff were helpful with all my questions. the breakfast service was quick and efficient. i received assistance with my luggage upon arrival and departure, which i found very convenient. i'm so grateful.

my room was very clean. the bed was comfortable, and i slept well. i was able to keep the room cool and dark. i greatly appreciated this after a long day of travel.

the hotel offers ample parking space . the outdoor space is well-kept and inviting. i enjoyed sitting outside in the evening. there are lovely gardens to wander through, also.

the hotel is located conveniently near the international centre. it makes it easy to attend events or meetings. the surrounding area is quiet and peaceful, and i enjoyed this very much. public transport links are easily accessible.

fine decor cute staff excellent breakfast impersonal experience early closing loud music
The decor looked fine, it really stood out. The staff were friendly, professional, helpful and cute. Breakfast was also excellent (i especially liked the sausages).
I found the experience impersonal. The bar closed early at 11:20 pm on a bank holiday saturday night. I could still hear music blaring after 12:30 at night.

some issues in my room
missing shower door shower overflow
the staff was helpful, i think that is important.
the shower was without door and it overflowed, a really bad experience. there wasn't a bathmat to help and i risked falling. i am a bit disappointed.
